🚗 Arrival: Drive up the long gravel driveway with plenty of parking space for everyone. Snap a photo 📸 in front of our custom GA mural by the front door—perfect for a memorable keepsake!

🔥 Firepit cushions!

The cushions are located in a tote next to house close to firepit. This keeps them nice year round so when you are wanting to use them they are located there.

📹 Cameras: We have 3 outdoor cameras that monitor front driveway, back porch/deck and the pool area. There are privacy curtains for hot tub for your own privacy. These cameras are for monitoring unapproved events and misuse.

🛏️ Settle In: Drop your bags in one of the 3 cozy bedrooms to the left or the master suite down the hall. Each room is equipped with its own TV for your convenience 📺.

🖼 One of the three front bedrooms has a customer Atlanta Mural above the head board, keep a look out for it!

🌳 Take in the Views: Step onto the back deck to enjoy sweeping landscapes, shaded seating, and a peaceful atmosphere. Be on the look out for deer 🦌. They cross our lawns often!

🎱 Fun & Games: Inside, the gathering room is packed with entertainment—a pool table, air hockey 🏒, a pull-out couch, and a 10-person dining table for meals or game nights.

💦 Hot Tub: Open year-round for your enjoyment! Soak and relax no matter the season.

🏊‍♂️ Pool: Open year-round too! From April to September, the pool is heated to a comfortable 80°F. After those dates it’s going to be cold 🥶 in the other months.

🔥 Fire Pit: You'll have access to one filled propane tank, already hooked up and ready to use for cozy evenings by the fire.

🐾 Service Animals: We value the role service animals play and adhere to Airbnb’s policy. However, due to allergies, we maintain a hypoallergenic, pet-free home. Any service animals must be non-shedding and hypoallergenic to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
